DONGFENG MENGSHI
Dongfeng Mengshi is a full-spectrum light tactical & MRAP vehicle family developed by Dongfeng Motor, with three generations of military chassis and dedicated export variants, widely supplied to Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East and other regions, winning steady overseas military orders with outstanding cost performance and mine-resistant protection.
The first generation EQ2050 was developed based on Hummer H1, mass-produced in 2007 and now discontinued. Exported to Zimbabwe, Central African Republic, Cambodia and other countries, it can be refitted into 82mm self-propelled mortar chassis and FB-6C short-range air defense weapon system vehicles.
Second-generation fully self-developed armored models include CSK-131 short-axis assault vehicle and CSK-141 extended troop carrier. Its export version CS/VN11 features optimized door structure, and has passed actual anti-mine combat tests in West Africa, recognized by multiple national security forces.
Third-generation MRAP chassis entered service in 2018, the core export models are CS/VN-10 (4×4, code Dajiang Leopard) and CS/VN11 (6×6, code Mengshi Eagle). The series covers CSK-181/182 4×4 assault vehicles, CTL-181 6×6 load-bearing chassis and CSZ-181 box special chassis, configurable with 122mm vehicle-mounted howitzers, anti-tank missiles, air defense launchers and medical cabins. It participated in Malaysia military tender in 2026, supporting local assembly and customized modification for overseas clients.
Besides military export lineup, Mengshi launches civilian MS600 fuel off-road vehicle and MHERO 917 new energy SUV, converting military technology for global civilian high-end off-road market.
