Efficient Thermal Management Design​

The housing integrates a built-in liquid cooling/heating channel (made of 304 stainless steel, inner diameter: 8mm) arranged in a serpentine pattern at the bottom. It connects to the NEV’s thermal management system, enabling precise temperature control of battery cells (maintaining 15-35°C). The channel’s thermal conductivity is ≥45 W/(m·K), ensuring rapid heat transfer—reducing battery temperature by 8-12°C during fast charging and preventing overheating. Additionally, the housing’s inner wall is coated with a thermal insulation layer (ceramic fiber, thickness: 3mm) to isolate external high/low temperatures (-40°C to 85°C operating range), avoiding battery performance degradation

IP68 Waterproof & Multi-Layer Safety Protection​

The assembly meets IP68 waterproof and dustproof standards—all seams (top cover/outer shell, channel interfaces) are sealed with high-temperature-resistant silicone gaskets (compression rate: 35±5%), and the wire entry ports use waterproof connectors (IP6K9K rated). It withstands 1.5m deep water immersion for 30 minutes without leakage, preventing short circuits caused by water ingress. Moreover, the housing is equipped with a pressure relief valve (trigger pressure: 0.15 MPa) to release gas in case of battery thermal runaway, and the outer shell’s surface is treated with an anti-corrosion coating (electrophoretic painting, thickness: 8μm) that resists road salt, acid, and alkali, ensuring a service life of ≥8 years
