The support beam arm is constructed with a reinforced ribbed structure, which significantly enhances its load-bearing capacity and resistance to bending or torsion under heavy stress (such as during rough road driving or heavy cargo transport). The rubber lining is pre-installed and bonded to the beam arm using high-strength adhesive, ensuring long-term adherence and preventing slippage that could compromise the assembly’s performance

Support Beam Arm: Made from high-grade carbon steel (Q235 or equivalent) that undergoes quenching and tempering heat treatment.
