Critical stress areas—such as the front anti-collision beam, door pillars, roof crossbeams, and floor support beams—are reinforced with double-layer steel plates and triangular bracing structures, enhancing overall torsional rigidity (torsional stiffness: 3200N·m/°) and impact resistance. It complies with ECE R29 cab crash safety regulations, capable of withstanding a front impact force of 75kN without severe deformation, effectively protecting the driver’s survival space in accident scenarios

The cabin shell undergoes a professional 4-step coating process (degreasing → phosphating → electrophoretic primer → topcoat) to ensure long-term corrosion resistance and aesthetic durability. The electrophoretic primer forms a uniform anti-rust layer (passing 480-hour neutral salt spray testing with no red rust), while the topcoat (available in standard DONGFENG factory colors) offers high gloss retention (maintaining over 85% gloss after 2500 hours of UV exposure) and scratch resistance (2H pencil hardness rating). The smooth surface is also easy to clean, preventing dust and mud accumulation and keeping the cabin looking neat even in harsh working environments

Equipped with EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber sealing strips around door frames, window edges, and windshield mounting grooves, the cabin shell achieves an IPX5 waterproof rating. This effectively blocks rainwater intrusion during heavy downpours or high-pressure car washes, and prevents dust and sand from entering the cabin on gravel roads. Additionally, the front face of the shell is designed with an optimized air deflector structure, which reduces wind resistance by approximately 4% at highway speeds (helping lower fuel consumption) and diverts rainwater/debris away from the windshield, improving driving visibility in adverse weather

To streamline installation and maintenance, the cabin shell comes with pre-punched holes and positioning marks for all external and internal components, including headlights, rearview mirrors, door hinges, wiring harnesses, interior trim panels, and air conditioning ducts. The mounting holes have a precision tolerance of ±0.5mm, ensuring that original or aftermarket parts can be directly installed without re-drilling or adjustment.
